General Terms and Conditions Relating to the Supply of Goods and Services (.PDF)

Please note that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is mandatory as part of the Supplier Approval process for those suppliers wishing to conduct business with Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Where appropriate a Contract for the provision of specific goods and/or services will be entered into following an award of tender for such goods and/or services.

The Orders over £5,000 (.PDF) provides details of commercial arrangements entered into by Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service that exceed £5,000.  This is published quarterly.
