Consultation on 2020/21 Budget and Action Plan

We want your views on our plans for 2020/21

Today (2 January 2020) Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service has launched a consultation on its proposals for Service delivery and on its Budget and Council Tax requirements for 2020/21.  BFRS is engaging with the local community to seek views on its priorities and on its proposal to increase contributions to its funding from council tax.  You can take part in the consultation here

Chief Fire Officer Paul M Fuller said:

“Your feedback will be used to inform the final draft CRMP and 2020/21 Budget that are due to be presented for approval by the Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Authority (the governing body that oversees BFRS) in February 2020.

May I thank you in anticipation of your survey response and please be assured that as your Chief Fire Officer, I am committed to doing everything we can to keep our communities safe in Bedfordshire and to keep improving your Fire and Rescue Service.”
