Community and Partnership Engagement

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service works in partnership with a range of organisations including other blue light services, local authorities, community and not-for-profit organisations, to provide the best service for the community.

We have a good understanding of our communities and we work hard to make sure we are tackling the right issues in the right places with the right resources

We ask all organisations and networks within communities to consider whether their aims, objectives and values are consistent or shared with ours and whether we could serve our communities better together.

From jointly delivering services, to learning and tackling problems together, the partnerships we form are an important part of our Fire and Rescue Service.

If you wish to discuss partnership or collaborative working please leave your details HERE.

Understanding and showing our commitment to Community Engagement and Equality and Diversity is a priority for Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Our specific equality objectives sit across our priorities demonstrating this is integral to the delivery of our service, and we are undertaking specific activities aligned to these objectives.
