Domestic building fire

At 5.05pm on Tuesday (7) two crews from Luton along with crews from Shefford and Leighton Buzzard, were called to a kitchen fire at a property in Saint Saviours Crescent, Luton.  

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots, and fans to clear the smoke.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
