Fire in the open

At 6.02pm on Wednesday (21) crews from Ampthill and Toddington were called to a fire involving a small amount building materials which spread to insultation in Nicholls Road, Bedford.

Firefighters used a hose reel jet and small tools to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.  

The cause of the fire was accidental.
