At 5.22pm on Sunday (1) a crew from Kempston was called to a fire involving roadside vegetation in A507 (A507 Clophill A6 to Beadlow).
Firefighters used a hose to extinguish the fire and high-pressure fans to clear the smoke.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
