Small commercial building fire – Kempston

At 3.35pm on Monday (23), a crew from Kempston attended a fire in the electrical trunking of a bay door within a refrigeration unit at a distribution centre on Marsh Leys Farm, Woburn Road, Kempston.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one charged hose reel jet, a thermal imaging camera, and spreaders to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
