Fire in the open – Bedford

At 3.30pm on Friday (4), a crew from Bedford was called to a fire in a rear alleyway on Saint Leonards Court, Ampthill Road, Bedford.

The fire involved approximately one linear metre of fencing and an accumulation of household waste. Firefighters used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
