Fire in the open – Chalton

At 12.56pm on Friday (11), firefighters from Luton were called to a bin fire on Luton Road, Chalton, Central Bedfordshire.

The fire involved a small bin, which was 100% involved in fire. Crews used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
