Fire in the open – Ivinghoe Aston

At 3.14pm on Saturday (12), a crew from Leighton Buzzard assisted Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service at a fire in Ivinghoe Aston, Buckinghamshire.

Approximately four acres of stubble were 100% involved in fire. Crews used one extended hose reel, two beaters, and a multi-role vehicle (MRV) to extinguish hot spots and dampen the area.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
