Fire in the open – Bedford

At 7.41am on Wednesday (16), crews from Kempston attended a fire in the open in Southville Road, Bedford.

The fire involved undergrowth and had spread to a fence and a shed, with the shed 10% damaged by fire.

Firefighters used one hose reel and a triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
