Fire in the open – Upper Caldecote

At 1.20pm on Monday (4) crews from Biggleswade were called to a fire involving an eight-yard skip in a front garden on Biggleswade Road, Upper Caldecote.

Around 50% of the contents, consisting of rubble, wood, and cardboard, were damaged by fire. Firefighters used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
