Fire in the open - Leighton Buzzard

At 11.58am on Thursday (7) a crew from Leighton Buzzard was called to a skip fire in Winchat Gardens, Leighton Buzzard. The skip, outside the front of a property, was believed to be set alight by a discharged cigarette. 

Firefighters used an open ended hose to extinguish the fire and carried out a full check of the property with gas monitors.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
