Fire in the open – Stanbridge

At 2.51pm on Saturday (9), a crew from Toddington was called to a fire in the open on Station Road, Stanbridge.

The fire involved grass stubble and hedgerow, affecting an area of approximately 100 square metres. Firefighters used backpack sprayers and beaters to tackle the blaze.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
