Fire by Railway Embankment – Flitwick

At 4.19pm on Sunday (10), a crew from Ampthill attended a fire by the rail embankment in Flitwick.

The fire measured approximately 8m x 8m and involved abandoned equipment, trees, and undergrowth. Crews used an extended hose reel, short extension ladder, stack drags, buckets, and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire was deliberate.
