Fire in the open - Stanbridge

At 7.10am on Friday (15) a crew from Dunstable was called to a small fire in the rear of the pub garden at The Five Bells, Station Road, Stanbridge. The fire involved a fence and garden waste measuring approximately 5m x 5m.

Firefighters used a hose reel and stack drags to extinguish the fire. They used a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
