At 9.39pm on Monday (15), crews were called to a vehicle fire in Gipsy Lane, Luton.
The incident involved a small fire in a vehicle, originating from the USB charger port. The interior of the vehicle was 100% damaged by smoke. Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and made the vehicle safe.
The cause of the fire was accidental.

At 6.28pm on Monday (15), crews from Bedford were called to a fire in the rear garden of a property in Poppyfields, Bedford.
The incident involved timber fencing, cardboard, and astroturf. Firefighters used a hose reel jet and stack drags to extinguish the fire.
