Biker Down Courses

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service runs free Biker Down courses throughout the year to give motorcyclists and other road users the skills they need to help bikers who are involved in a road traffic collision. The course runs throughout the year, usually at weekends and is held at Shefford Community Fire Station.

2. Plan your route

4. Don't save it for a rainy day

  • Check the weather forecast before you set off
  • Avoid riding in poor weather conditions
