At 6.15pm on Friday (10) two crews from Kempston were called to a car on fire on the A421 Eastbound Marston to Marsh Leys.

At 5.40pm on Friday (10) a crew from Dunstable was called to a small car fire on the Lancotbury Close, Totternhoe.    

Firefighters used hose reel and small tools to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.  

The cause of the fire was deliberate.  

At 2.56pm on Friday (10) two crews from Leighton Buzzard were called to a small kitchen fire in Station Road, Linslade.      

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel and jets and small tools to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.  

The cause of the fire was accidental. 

At 1.23pm on Friday (10) two crews from Luton were called to a fire in a vehicle workshop in Portland Road, Luton.    

At 11.40am on Friday (10) two crews from Bedford were called to rescue a male driver from a van in floodwater on The Embankment, Bedford.    

At 3.09pm on Thursday (9) a crew from Luton was called to a rubbish fire in Honeywick Lane, Eaton Bray.        

At 12.52pm on Thursday (9) crews from Harrold, Bedford and Kempston were called Le a road traffic collision involving two cars in Odell Road, Sharnbrook.    

At 4.53pm on Wednesday (8) a crew from Sandy who were supported by two engines from Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue were called to a small car fire on the A1 Southbound, Cambs Border to Black Cat Roundabout.    

At 3.59pm on Wednesday (8) a crew from Toddington was called to a car fire as a result of a road traffic collision involving two cars on Birdsfoot Lane, Luton.    

At 1.52pm on Wednesday (8) two crews from Leighton Buzzard assisted Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue at a road traffic collision involving two cars in Horton Road, Horton, Buckinghamshire.    

At 2.35am on Wednesday (8) two crews from Luton and a crew from Stopsley were called to a road traffic collision involving a van into a railway embankment in Station Road, Leagrave.
